Die Synergie zwischen der FELDENKRAIS®- Methode und den Kampfkünsten
Das Thema beider Workshops in diesem Jahr ist Ergebnis von Moti Nativs langjähriger Forschung über die Entwicklung der FELDENKRAIS®- Methode. Viele Jahre hat er die Art, wie Moshé in den Jahren 1920 bis 1950 Jiu-Jitsu und Judo sowohl erlernt als auch gelehrt hat, untersucht und ging von der Annahme aus, dass Judo einen bedeutenden Einfluss auf die FELDENKRAIS®-Methode hatte. Seine Recherchen ergaben jedoch die Erkenntnis eines bidirektionalen Einflusses – so glaubt er heute, dass die FELDENKRAIS®-Methode ebenfalls seinen einzigartigen Ansatz, Judo zu unterrichten, Moshé sehr geprägt hat. In beiden Workshops werden wir Moshé auf seinem Weg zum Judo-Experten begleiten und die Meilensteine auf seinem Weg in
Theorie und Praxis kennenlernen. Wir werden ATM-Lektionen erforschen, um unsere Körperorganisation zu verbessern und die Selbstverteidigungstechniken von Moshé zu erlernen. Als Ergebnis dieses Lernens werden Sie die grundlegenden Konzepte der FELDENKRAIS®-Methode und der Kampfkünsten besser verstehen, die eigene Stabilität und Orientierung verbessern, die verborgenen Kräfte des eigenen Körpers entdecken und Schmerzen und Stress reduzieren… Vorkenntnisse im Kampf-sport sind nicht notwendig.
Im Workshop I werden wir die Frühen Projekte, also die Entwicklung von Jiu-Jitsu und Selbstverteidigungsmethoden in Tel Aviv kennenlernen, als auch seine Begegnung mit Judo in Paris.
Im Workshop II folgen wir Moshé nach England, wo er sein Engagement im Judo verstärkt und sich mehr und mehr der FELDENKRAIS®- Methode zugewandt hat.
