Our everyday life is pervaded by many activities.

We are permanently in transitions of very different kinds, from one action, intention or idea to another, one feeling and sensation to another - always connected with movement.

How do we design these transitions, e.g.
+ from sitting to standing,
+ from squat back to standing or
+ from one step to the other?

We constantly change between large, small, fast, slow and more complex movements...

In this big issue of everyday life I offer varied lessons, which hopefully make many things easier and more interesting in daily life.
