WORKSHOP Sleep better with the Feldenkrais Method and the Sounder Sleep System

Many people feel stressed during the day, and it is impossible for them to sleep or even fall asleep. In this workshop, classical Feldenkrais lessons and exercises from their further development to the Sounder Sleep System are combined.

Many people feel stressed during the day, and it is impossible for them to sleep through or fall asleep at all. In this workshop, we will combine classical Feldenkrais lessons with exercises from the Sounder Sleep System, which is derived from the Feldenkrais Method.

Discover how small, slow, and repetitive movements lead you from the active and waking state into a deep, relaxed physical and mental state. Learning these quiet, particularly effective movements and breathing exercises for the day and the night is deeply soothing and pleasant. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to compile your individual three-week exercise plan and learnt on sleep and sleep-promoting behavior.

This workshop is suitable for people who want to get to know the Feldenkrais Method while improving their sleep quality. Feldenkrais teachers receive suggestions as how they can work with clients with sleep disorders specifically.
